Feedback from some of the viewers led me to re-think the number of "steps" in the site before you get to see the pictures. This is now more optimised, but could lead (especially for the Projects) to a bit longer loading times. Yep; every advantage has a disadvantage.

From a content perspective, I added my "Cuba: Stories of longing and decay" project. Although the pictures were taken over a period of 3 weeks, it took me more than a year to get the story together.

We travelled Cuba just after Obama and the Rolling Stones got there. The "decay" was obvious; building and streets were worn out (needless to say this adds to the atmosphere). On the other hand the people seemed to be full of life and looking forward to the next phase.

Sorry to say, they were disappointed by reality!

You can find the Cuba project here.

Hope you will enjoy!
